Meet Jessica

Jessica Taylor licensed marriage and family therapist associate couples counseling

I believe people are more

than the struggles they face.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Associate, I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing relationship conflict, anxiety, parenting concerns, grief, life transitions, and personal growth.

I strive to create a counseling relationship where you feel both supported and challenged, offering honest conversation, practical guidance, and compassionate care as we work toward meaningful change.

Over the past twelve years, I've had the opportunity to work alongside children, adults, couples, and families navigating everything from everyday life transitions to profound crisis.

Those experiences have continually reinforced something I believe deeply: people usually make more sense than we initially think.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that sessions feel honest, thoughtful, and practical. My goal isn't simply to listen. It's to ask meaningful questions, offer observations you may not have considered, and help you leave each session with greater clarity than when you arrived.

I'd love to tell you more about how that has shaped my work.

Christian Framework: Understanding People and Relationships

Counseling is available to individuals from a variety of backgrounds, beliefs, and levels of faith. Some clients desire a more overt integration of faith, while others prefer conversations that are less explicitly religious, and some prefer faith not play a role in their sessions. Rather than assuming what role faith should play, I seek to understand your goals and approach counseling in a way that best serves you.

My role is not to persuade you to adopt my beliefs, or debate matters of faith, but to provide thoughtful, evidence-based counseling while remaining transparent about the Christian worldview that informs my work. I believe every person has inherent worth and deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, and my hope is that every client experiences counseling as a place where they are heard, respected, and genuinely cared for.
